Katrina McSpadden, BC-HIS
Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences
I have been in the hearing industry for 12 years. I am board certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. I have a passion for helping people and changing their lives and have done so in many capacities. I possess the knowledge, skill and experience to educate those with hearing loss, and their loved ones to be able to participate in, and live life to the fullest despite their hearing loss. I aspire to help as many hearing-impaired individuals as possible.
Hearing loss as been attributed to several other health disorders including but not limited to; dementia and other cognitive disorders such as depression, diabetes, stroke and heart disease. Today, 14.6 million people in the USA live with an untreated, disabling hearing loss. It is my goal to help change these numbers to provide all around wellness to those with hearing loss.
Outside of helping people with hearing loss, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to music, reading, playing chess, outdoor activities, and traveling. I have been blessed with 3 wonderful children: 2 boys and 1 girl.
Laura Meek, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
I have been in the hearing industry for 2 years. I am a Licensed Hearing Specialist and love to help people and love the relationships that are built in this industry. Hearing is so important and is overlooked, most of the time. In order to live our lives to the fullest everyone should have the opportunity to get help with their hearing to improve their quality of life. Hearing loss can cause some many other health issues that many are not aware of. Some of my outside activities include swimming, spending time with my grandchildren and walking my precious dog, Baylee. I have been blessed with 3 children, 2 daughters and 1 son.
